Arizona Unified Certification Program (UCP)

To perform work as a DBE, firms must first obtain DBE certification through the Arizona UCP. Certified firms are added to the Arizona UCP DBE directory, which is available as public information to any interested party. General Contractors are encouraged to use this site as a resource in locating qualified DBE firms.

The Arizona UCP is a consortium of government agencies (Arizona Department of Transportation, the City of Phoenix, and the City of Tucson) organized to provide reciprocal DBE certification within Arizona pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26.
